Get your iPads and tablets and smartphones out, golf fans. The PGA Tour is heading to the internet again to provide you a chance to watch golf even if you aren’t near a television set.
At the World Golf Champions-Cadillac Championship this week, the tour will offer about 20 hours of line streaming coverage. You will be able to watch either the par-3 13th hole or the par-3 15th hole from the TPC Blue Monster in Doral.
In addition, there is a live 30-minute preview show on Thursday and Friday at 9:30 a.m. PST).
If you have an iPad, the PGA Tour’s app for iPad will offer live video, live coverage of scoring and stats and more.
Over on PGATour.com, you will also be able to access leaderboards and news updates on things like player withdrawals and hot rounds.
See, who needs a television?
